Renewing Your Body and Soul

As a single lady you need to work on yourself constantly while you are waiting on God for the right man.

The bible says in 2 Timothy 2:15"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

‭‭Working on yourself means you are developing those areas you are weak in or mastering the area you have strength in.

As a single lady don’t expect that “ guy” will come and those areas will instantly just change-No. Before he comes why not work at improving yourself. For instance do you desire to cook delicious meals for your husband in future and you don’t know how? Why not take up some cooking classes or ask a friend who knows how to teach you. This will help you fulfill the dream when the time comes.

I remember my mother encouraging me a few years ago and she had suggested that I work on certain area that she saw was lacking and would help me in my marriage and my relationship with other people. God will bring certain people your way to either strengthen you and motivate you or they can help point out certain areas that you either should let go and trust God or make you see those things that will hurt you in future.

I will leave you with this bible verse Psalm 51:10-“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” Allow God to work in you, let him help you get rid of those silly things and let him develop those God given gift towards happy life and future.
