" If God doesn't help me out, I will help myself" I have heard people say this countless times and they end up in trouble. Have you ever thought the reason God hasn't placed that miracle in your hands, is because he knows your are not ready for it or there's something more he wants you to work on so you can enjoy your blessings. Well you probably say to yourself you've done everything and you're a good person etc but when you think deep down and be true to yourself you'll know that you have things you need to work on.

In the bible,It took the children of Israel longer than expected to get to the promise land because of their constant disobedience to God and the fact that they were mostly doing things their own way. Moses didn't get to go into the promise land because of his disobedience either, now that says a lot doesn't it? If they had completely followed God's instructions without murmurings and complaints they would've have gotten there much sooner. Don't be like the Israelites, stop complaining, stop taking matters into your own hands because you think God is slow to answer you or you think the clock is ticking and you're running out of time.

To my beautiful single ladies waiting on God for their handsome Godly man stop taking matters into your own hands, stop doing things your own way but seek God's face before taking any steps . Matthew 6:33 " Seek the kingdom of God above all else and live righteously and he will give you everything you need"-NLT. You are probably thinking well its almost the end of the year and no guy has asked you out yet, every other person around is either getting engaged or getting married, you complain and complain then you feel its the time to do things your own way by grabbing onto the next available guy...STOP! God has not forgotten you He is still working it out on your behalf, if you will only trust him to make it happen.

You are probably reading this and saying well its easier said than done. Well the lonely nights..I had them," the feeling of "I'm beautiful, I'm a good person why isn't any guy looking my way..I had those too! I also took matters into my own hands by pursuing a relationship that I knew deep down wasn't God's best, but because I was looking at my own timing I went for it anyway. God taught me a lesson and it was then I decided to give it all to God, I prayed and I worked on myself because I knew I had a few baggage that God needed to take away. Being single can be challenging especially when everyone you know is getting married and are having kids but remember God's plan and His timing are always perfect. let the guy pursue you and not the other way around because if you do you will be the one trying to make things work through out the relationship.Leave it to God.

Are you looking to fix your broken heart because someone hurt you, don't take matters into your own hands leave it to God. Have you been waiting on God to give you a breakthrough at work and you think you can do it your way? leave it to God to handle it in his own timing because him alone can do it. Do you need help with your finances, health, your kids or your relationship with a friend let God fix it, because He knows the way to make it happen. Don't be like the children of Israel who felt the need to do things their own way and it took them 40 years to get to their promised land, don't let a journey of 1 year turn into a journey of 40 years, don't take matters into your own hands let God take care of it.
