As I navigate this journey of motherhood, I am constantly seeking God on every decision I make as a parent on my son's wellbeing and he is always on mind which shows I love him. Not only do I care about his current state, I'm also thinking of how great his future will be, how He will grow up to be that amazing young man that his Dad and I will be so proud of. God's love for us is even greater than this, because He sent his only son to this world to die for us so that we may have eternal life.

The love that God has for us is one that shows us he never forgets who we are or what we are going through. You might still be single and wondering when your Boaz will show up, or you are waiting on God for a dream job, a dream home or a financial breakthrough, know this that God has not forgotten you. He is working behind the scenes for you, all you need to do is be patient, serve him with your whole heart and trust his timing. You might say well I heard this said over and over again, yes you have but God is saying wait patiently because He is doing a new thing. Isaiah 43:19 NIV "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?

I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland".

Summertime is approaching and it’s the season for weddings, parties, house warming etc. and lets be real it can be a bit overwhelming and you might feel envious especially when its your friends or colleagues doing all this and you ask God why not me? Let me tell you this, there is a time and season for everything, your time and season will come and you will be amazed at how beautiful it will be. You only have to trust God, and know that he has it under control. So get out there this summer celebrate with your friends, thank God for what He is doing in their lives and see how God will in turn bless you.

Waiting on God can be challenging at times, this is because it is a process that He is taking us through. Through that process we might get discourage or sad that things are not going well as we want or that its taking too long for it to happen-I've felt like this many times; just hold on tight to God because his ways are not our ways, but guess what the bible tell us that He who starts a good work in us will complete it so He has not forgotten you and He will fulfill his promise in his time. Philippians 1:6 NIV " being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." Be encouraged and be assured that our God is loving and He hasn’t forgotten you, don’t limit God, but know that He is only working to make things beautiful for you.
